Why K1 and K2 Exist
The idea for K1 and K2 grew out of years spent working inside the restaurant industry.
Restaurants are incredible creative spaces, but they are also some of the most operationally demanding businesses in the world. Managing staff, logistics, inventory, schedules, and costs often pulls creators away from the reason many of them entered the industry in the first place: cooking and sharing food with people.
After building a career focused on restaurant operations and finding ways to make restaurants stronger and more efficient, a new question began to emerge.
What if culinary creators could focus entirely on their craft while the operational weight of running a restaurant was handled differently?
That question became the starting point for K1.

Like many others, I found myself becoming a fan of many of these creators.
But there was always the same realization: even with the recipe in front of you, it is difficult to recreate these dishes at the same level. Between time, technique, and the dedication these creators put into their craft, the experience simply isn’t the same.
That led to a simple thought.
What if there were a way to enjoy these creators’ meals without having to recreate them yourself?
